As soon as a couple makes a decision to marry and at least six (6) months before the anticipated wedding date the couple should contact the pastor in order to begin the steps involved in marriage preparation. A date cannot be held for a couple until a meeting with the pastor takes place. Either the bride or groom should be a parishioner of St. Jude.
